"I'm Cancelling My Subscription as Requested"
As you requested, I'm going ahead and cancelling my subscription with them. I've been a loyal customer since the start of Primal Living. Every couple of months, I take a look at my subscription to see what I need or don’t need. The issue is that they revamped the website, and now it’s all mixed up with Gemporia jewellery. For the past six months, I’ve been unable to view or change my account or past orders with Primal. There’s been no assistance offered, and it feels like customer service just doesn’t care.

"The Quality's Gone Downhill Since the Buyout"
I was once a super loyal customer of Primal Living. My experience with them was always great.

But ever since they got taken over by some sketchy company, the prices for the stuff I used to buy have seriously shot up.

This is exactly why I’m fed up with this whole "support small businesses" thing. Small businesses can be all over the place, unreliable, and honestly, they just don’t seem to care.

Hey, to be real, I’m not sure where I stand with you all. Items are out of stock, and there’s been some mix-ups with my orders. You used to be at the top of the game, but now it feels like you’re closer to the bottom. I can’t even give a date for my experience since everything’s just all over the place.

"My Experience with Primal Living Subscription"
I had a subscription with Primal Living, but it just up and stopped. I was informed that it was no longer an option, and I had to buy through Gemporia instead. The prices there were sky-high, so I had to bide my time for auctions to snag a better deal. I ended up ordering a bunch during one of those auctions. Then, out of the blue, I received an email saying my subscription was back on track, but I can't log in to change anything or even check it out. Now I've got way more stock than I need and no way to tweak future orders. Honestly, I'm a bit lost on what's happening.

"Terrible experience with my subscription!"
I had a really bad time with this whole subscription deal! For over six months, I've been dealing with issues like not getting my order or getting the wrong stuff. I reached out to customer service every month, but nothing got better. On 27/09/22, I called and talked to Jenny about some items I wanted on my subscription, but I ended up canceling one of them. I waited for an email confirmation, but instead, I got a message saying Primal Living processed the item I had canceled. So, I called customer service again on 1/10/22 and spoke to Ben, who told me that Jenny hadn’t even put my order through. I explained everything to him, and he apologized. At that point, I was fed up and decided to cancel my entire subscription, and he assured me that would be taken care of. A few days later, I got the items I had canceled! I am beyond DISAPPOINTED WITH PRIMAL LIVING and their business practices. Plus, I can't even access my account to cancel it completely. PLEASE, DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE ITEMS AND DO NOT CHARGE MY PAYMENT METHOD! If you do, I will consider legal action.

"Annoyed with ongoing payment issues..."
I'm really annoyed with these ongoing payment issues... I was told my perfectly good debit card got declined, and my order was canceled, but then I got a confirmation for another order... This has been dragging on for months... It should've been fixed by now. Plus, the mobile app is acting up. I can't handle my subscriptions anymore. Seriously, Primal Living... Fix these problems or I'm gonna take my business elsewhere.
